Land at High Street, Haversham

Gade are very pleased to be able to work with the Parish Council to deliver their vision on this Neighbourhood Plan allocated site in Old Haversham. The site will deliver 16 homes, of which 5 will be affordable.

On 18th July we carried out the first of our public consultations to present our initial thoughts for the site.  The event was well attended and some very useful feed back was received and we will look to incorporate these comments where appropriate.

We are now in the process of preparing a pre-app and this will shortly be submitted with the intention being to submit a full application later in 2025.
