Our team is recruited for their broad range of skills drawn from various sectors of the industry we work in. Each bring the dedication and professionalism needed for our forward-thinking businesses.
As the founder of Gade Group, Ray’s experience in the industry spans over 60 years. Ray joined Finlinson, a comprising company of Gade Group, in 1963 and directed the business into property development in 1969.
Having built up various successful commercial and residential development companies, he now oversees all of the Group’s strategic financial and investment decisions which enable the development arm of the group to continue to grow.
With a degree in Land Management, Will’s background includes both development and investment in a range of property types. He began his career working with a central London developer, specialising in the construction of multi-storey residential towers and later with a firm of chartered surveyors, gaining RICS accreditation. Working at Allsop he advised both private and institutional clients on the disposal of investment property on a national basis.
Since joining Gade in January 2013, Will has been responsible for the shifting of Gade’s focus from the commercial portfolio by re-establishing the housebuilding arm and developing the partnerships that are pivotal to Gade’s future.
Sonia joined Gade in 2013 as the Finance Manager, having worked as a Finance Consultant, as well as in accounting roles for City Renovations Ltd and BE Aerospace.
Dean has over 15 years of experience in the housebuilding sector, working for PLC companies on small and large scale developments. He joined Gade in 2017 bringing a wealth of knowledge of building high rise RC Frame, Traditional Houses & Apartment and Timber Frame constructions.
Dean works alongside the Managing Director and Land & Construction team, from land acquisition stage, preparing land viabilities and optimum specification for the market place, through to each project’s completion.
Construction Projects Manager
Kalum brings over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial and residential construction projects with gross development values of up to £250m. Latterly, in the capacity of Head of Construction, plus the joint responsibility of leading the design teams from planning through to construction.
Kalum resources a full management team across all levels, including Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers and manages all aspects of construction delivery. He is also responsible for the health & safety and quality on all Gade Homes projects.
Senior Site Manager
Joining Gade in 2017 as PA and Office Manager, Ana has previously worked in Tourism and Manufacturing sectors for the past five years.
Ana’s responsibilities include coordinating operational activities across all companies from access management of commercial property, through to sales and marketing of new homes.
Dan joined Gade in June 2016 as Land Manager and assists the development team with project planning across all new business, from inception through to planning permission. He coordinates the landowner with construction team, with a particular focus on the technical elements of each process.
Dan also uses his Geography background to understand and apply evolving local planning policy to assist in appraising and sources new development sites.
Having worked in the accounting field since 2006 across many disciplines, Kanchan joined Gade in 2017 as a Finance Assistant.
Kanchan’s responsibilities include bookkeeping of the company’s extensive financial transactions across a number of businesses. She closely supports the development and construction team in the management of a large number of consultant and subcontractor payments.
Nick joined Gade in 2018 having previously worked as a planning consultant on a variety of projects from large-scale housing schemes, to residential extensions, and gaining his RTPI accreditation. He brings an excellent understanding of the planning system from both local authority and private consultancy perspective.
Responsible for the management and submission of Gade’s planning applications, Nick makes representation on local plans along with identifying new sites. In addition he establishes relationships with land owners to determine their interest in bringing land forward for development.
PA and Office Manager
Joining Gade in 2018 as PA and Office Manager, Sophie previously worked in hospitality and events. Sophie is responsible for all administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the office, in addition to assisting the Managing Director and Chairman with their day-to-day workload.
In addition to a National Diploma in Business & Finance, Marianne has 20 years' experience secretarial, administration and accounts roles, previously working as Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and as a Credit Control/Receivables Manager.
Marianne joined Gade in March 2019 as a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to assist with the processing of Purchase Invoices and Expenses.
