Boxmoor – latest residential acquisition

The Old Brush Factory, Kingsland Road is Gade’s latest acquisition.  An old industrial/warehouse in a prime residential area of Boxmoor with nearby amenity including the Boxmoor Trust common land and with excellent access to the train station. Full planning permission has been obtained for the demolition of the existing commercial building and redevelopment to provide one 4 bedroom town house and four 2 bedroom mews houses with associated parking.  Due for completion mid-2017.
