As the founder of each of the companies which comprise the Gade Group, Ray’s experience in the industry spans over 60 years. Ray joined Finlinson in 1963 and directed the business into property development in 1969.
Having built up various successful commercial and residential development companies, he now oversees all of the Group’s strategic financial and investment decisions which enable the development arm of the group to continue to grow.
William DaltonBSc (Hons) MRICS
After graduating from Reading University with a degree in Land Management, Will worked as a development surveyor with Multiplex, primarily working on new central London residential projects, including Strata, SE1, a 43 storey residential tower. He then spent several years at Allsop working in the national investment team, advising private individuals, funds and property companies, whilst also gaining his RICS accreditation.
Will's main responsibility is to ensure continued growth and diversification, managing the Group's development, investment and asset management strategy.
Joining Gade in 2013 as the Finance Manager, having worked as a Finance Consultant, as well as in accounting roles for City Renovations Ltd and BE Aerospace.
Later appointed Company Secretary in early 2014, Sonia’s responsibilities include consolidating and producing analysis of the Group’s financials, providing accounting support for the development projects, assisting with strategic business planning and accounting for complex transactions across the Group.
P.A. & Office Manager
Joining Gade in 2017 as PA and Office Manager, having worked in Tourism and Manufacturing sectors for the past 5 years.
Ana’s responsibilities include coordinating all administrative activities across all group companies and assisting the day to day workload of the Chairman and Managing Director.
Dan SkinnerBSc (Hons)
Dan joined Gade in June 2016 as Land Manager and assists the development team with project planning across all new business, from inception through to planning permission.
He uses his Geography background to understand and apply evolving local planning policy to assist in appraising and sources new development sites.
Having worked in accounting field since 2006 across many disciplines, Kanchan joined Gade in 2017 as a Finance Assistant.
Kanchan’s responsibilities mainly include bookkeeping of the companies extensive financial transactions across a number of businesses. Kanchan closely supports the development and construction team in the management of a large number of consultant and subcontractor payments.
After over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, working in the residential, retail and leisure sectors, Donncadh Joined Gade in 2017 as Construction Director.
Having worked in Portugal, Middle East and UK Donncadh’s aim is to grow the construction department, with a focus on providing quality residential properties.
With 15 years' experience, having worked for Tragus Group Ltd, Marylebone Asset Management Ltd and Hulbert Estates Ltd, Sean joined Gade in 2017 as Property Manager.
Sean's main responsibilities include commercial portfolio management, assist the Construction team in all matters related to new developments, including project administration, liaising with statutory authorities and sales and marketing of new homes.
